                  Undeliverables List

                  Format your list as a tab delimited text file (*.txt). This file should contain only hard bounces experienced during your initial mailing to our results. Please do not include quotes or other text qualifiers.

                  The field below is required:

                  EMAIL

                  Please use the following naming convention for your file:

                  [FreshAddress job number]_bounces_[record count].txt

                  Ex: 1010_bounces_120000.txt
