How does it work?

- You send your customer email bounce/inactive file to FreshAddress
- We perform List Audit & Hygiene on your list to identify and update any typos, formatting problems, syntax errors, dead domains, FCC-mandated wireless blocks, and the DMA's "Do Not Email" records; where possible, we also flag bogus and malicious emails, as well as some spamtrap and honeypot addresses
- We match the remaining file against our proprietary ECOA change-pair database (105+MM) and those of our data partners
- We perform 15+ hygiene processes on the raw matches, removing any problematic emails
- We send out a branded “Permission Message” to the updated email addresses to ensure deliverability and permission; our "Permission Message" includes our exclusive Email Change of Address link, ensuring the capture of your customers' current preferred email address
