With the 2012 presidential contest already underway, candidates are busy vying for our attention and our votes. Job creation is top of mind for the nation as a whole – and for all of us here at FreshAddress. Fortunately, thanks to strong growth from new and existing accounts, we’re helping to chip away at that daunting unemployment statistic – with another recent spate of hiring! There are a number of fresh faces around the office these days. Let us introduce you to the newest members of our team.
Our New Managers
We are rounding out our management team with new hires in both Sales and Marketing. With our ever-growing team, we are poised to cement FreshAddress’s reputation as the leading provider of email database services.
Judy Franciosi, Sales Manager
Judy brings a wealth of sales management experience to FreshAddress. Given her past experience as Western Region Sales Manager for Lycos, Sales Manager at WearGuard Corporation, and Northeast Area Sales Manager for Corporate Software, Judy is well qualified to lead our team of account executives to greater and greater heights. Judy will mentor and support the sales team to ensure that they have all the tools necessary to meet the needs of our clients. Judy received her BS in Marketing Management from Bentley University as well as her Masters in Education from Leslie University. Over the past 8 years while all of her children were in their teens and younger, she taught math to elementary school children, a much tougher crowd than our sales team!
Eve Bould, Marketing and Communications Manager
Eve will be spearheading all marketing and PR efforts for the brand, including increasing our visibility in the marketplace and enhancing communications with prospective, new, and existing clients. Eve will work closely with Judy and the sales team, as well as Product Management, to deliver clear and cogent communications on key services. Prior to joining FreshAddress, Eve worked for Patagonia, as Marketing Director, overseeing cross-channel marketing. Earlier in her career she worked for Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant and for Staples as Senior Strategic Marketing Analyst. Eve holds a BA in Economics from Duke and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Our New Account Executives
Senior Account Executives are the fuel that keeps the FreshAddress engine running. Each Account Executive is responsible for initiating and developing strong client relationships, working closely with our Client Services team to ensure that our clients’ needs are fulfilled and their expectations are exceeded at all times. Given the critical importance of this role, we have stringent standards for selecting new hires from an impressive pool of applicants. We are proud to announce the newest additions to our team:
Jim Bonica, Senior Account Executive
Jim joins FreshAddress with 15 years of experience working in various roles at a family-owned business, Global Fitness, where he was General Manager while managing the sales team and handling marketing communications. Jim holds a BA in English from Northeastern University where he graduated magna cum laude.
Bob DeLuca, Senior Account Executive
Bob has spent the past 15 years working in various sales roles at SOPHOS, NWTech (a SOPHOS reseller), and Cellular One while also serving as a squad leader in the Army National Guard, receiving his Honorable Discharge in February 2000. Bob received his BA in English from Bridgewater State University where he was a campus radio host and 4-year member of the lacrosse team.
Brett Hannah, Senior Account Executive
Brett has over a decade and a half of successful sales and account management experience at Sprint, Tech Data Corporation (a publicly-traded technology distributor), and, most recently, Sunview Software. He received his BS in Marketing from Towson State University in Maryland.
Jeremy Laverdiere, Account Executive
Jeremy’s previous experience includes inside sales for Bisco Industries, as well as outside sales for Northeast Beverage, where he sold Red Bull and other products. Jeremy holds a BA in History from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he ran cross-country, and he still runs marathons in under three hours.
