What is Reverse Appending?

FreshAddress’s robust reverse appending service attaches postal addresses to your email records, enabling you to reach customers and prospects via regular mail.

How does it work?

When you use FreshAddress’s reverse appending service, here’s how it works:

You send your email file to FreshAddress
Before performing any matching, we perform List Cleaning and Hygiene on your list to identify and update any typos, formatting problems, syntax errors, dead domains, etc.
We match your file against our proprietary database (525+MM opted-in records) and those of our data partners
We run a quality control check on your appended records to ensure they are standardized and scrubbed.*
We return your file to you, with 20-40+% of missing names and postal addresses added

* Note: Our standard postal appending service does not include National Change of Address (NCOA); however, we can perform this service for a nominal fee.
