        Create two separate files:

        1. Your entire undeliverable (bounce) file
        2. An unsubscribe file detailing the email addresses that have previously opted-out (for additional information regarding unsubscribes, please see FAQs)


        Format each list as a tab delimited text file (*.txt) with a header row.

        If available, including all the following fields will yield the best results:

        UNIQUE-ID
        EMAIL-ADDRESS
        FIRST-NAME
        MIDDLE-NAME (or initial)
        LAST-NAME
        ADDRESS1
        ADDRESS2
        CITY
        STATE
        ZIP-CODE

        Otherwise, the minimum required fields are:

        UNIQUE-ID
        EMAIL-ADDRESS

        *NOTE: not providing postal information may result in lower match rate

        Please do not transmit unnecessary fields (ex. SS#, date of birth, surname, etc.), as they will be deleted and not returned with your results.
